6x6 oil on mansonite I was frustrated with trying to render the bump on the end of the lemon that was protruding into the shadow side of lemon. This carried over into the next two paintings also.

Hey Robin. Intellectually I know what to do. Just can't get it to happen on the canvas. But that's why i'm a student. Wait till tomorrows sad work and the next days. I did two today. I enjoyed it, but didn't really produce skilled work. I hope the next 300 paintings show a progression of growth. Peace out. :)
