Corner flowers

                                                                       18x24  oil

Some flowers in the corner of mom's yard. I think the morning fog is not the best back drop to show off the blooms, because they don't pop out.

Taking 5

                                                              18x24 oil

Saw this cow taking a rest one day a while ago in New Hampshire.  I'm thinking her friends are a little sketchy.

Harleys' Caitlin

                                                                   12x16 oil

Harley Brown said to do a version of Caitlin. So I gave it a go. I had the drawing off, t and the correction went off the canvas to the board. so i just blended out the hard edge there at the top. Just a practice piece.

Pino copy

                                                                            18x24 oil

I thought I would copy a Pino. I liked the way he abstracts fabric and of course I picked and image with more skin than fabric. But it was a major challenge for me, with it's top lighting. I spent six hours on this.
